I’m not so interested in telling a linear story but more in creating a mood through colour and word rhythm and exploring the book or zine format. When the text enters the picture or in my artist’s books, I want to question what a story is. The story is not linear but more words that are repeated and that give a mood. For me, letters are patterns and part of the composition.
My zine is a result of a meeting at the artschool where I work. Everyone is drawing during the meeting - me too!
