This zine is a visual diary of my experiences coexisting and balancing through the physica and psychological landscape. The juxtaposition of images and lines allows me to explore the layers and relationships of everyday simple experiences, negotiating and conversing to see events and relations from a more objective perspective. Featuring eight images using the city as a canvas, the zine chronicles my experience living in two vastly different cities: Dhaka, the world’s most populated and polluted city, and Gothenburg, the most sustainable destination in the world. The pages are filled with my thoughts on love, the built environment, construction and politics, mental health issues migration, and balance. The zine sheds light on the complexities of navigating life in two distinct cities.
